Description:

Broken Heart is a short film from the American director Ryan Zimmerman. It follows a young girl, who after a heart wrenching break up, finds herself intertwined with a local serial killer that targets unfaithful lovers.

Reflections:

Broken Heart was a short film that I completed while I was still in my studies. It was also my first short film from an overseas director, so navigating communication was a little challenging. The film itself is rather simple on the sonic side so the bulk of the focus was on dialogue processing (A skill at which I’ve improved greatly from this point).
